Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and identify investment opportunities
- Prepare and present financial insights to stakeholders including CFO and Board members
- Streamline financial reporting processes using advanced Excel and BI tools
- Lead ad-hoc projects to improve operational efficiency and cost optimization
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact financial presentations to leadership
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and SQL databases
- Certification in financial analysis (CFA, FP&A) highly desirable
