Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple payment channels
- Manage accounts receivable with 99%+ accuracy
- Resolve billing discrepancies through direct vendor/client communication
- Generate monthly revenue reports for executive leadership
- Optimize billing workflows using Salesforce and QuickBooks
- Conduct quarterly audits to ensure compliance with SOX requirements
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve contract billing ambiguities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume billing experience in B2B tech
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and QuickBooks
- Certified Billing & Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Proven ability to resolve $50K+ billing disputes
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- BS/BA in Finance or Accounting required
