Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle billing processes including invoice generation, distribution, and payment tracking
- Resolve billing discrepancies and account receivables issues with clients and internal stakeholders
- Analyze billing data to identify trends and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure contract terms are accurately reflected in billing
- Maintain compliance with healthcare billing regulations (if applicable) and company policies
- Generate monthly billing reports and reconcile accounts receivable ledgers
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in medical or corporate billing with proven accuracy
- Expertise in billing software (e.g., Epic, Medisoft, or SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of healthcare billing regulations (HIPAA, CMS) if applicable
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to spot discrepancies in complex data
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
- Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
- Professional certification (e.g., CPC, CMA) preferred
