Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and trends to inform strategic business decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Prepare executive-level presentations highlighting financial insights and risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Lead month-end closing processes and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial reporting software
- CFA or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex data for stakeholders
