Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Analyze operational performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with commentary
- Lead cross-functional projects related to M&A due diligence and capital raising
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting client portfolios
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or advisory roles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Pivot, VBA) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and capital markets
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments
