Responsibilities
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to identify variances, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely budgets and forecasts for various departments.
- Develop financial models to support strategic planning and capital expenditure decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights and recommendations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on financial health to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
