Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions daily to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving account issues.
- Cross-sell bank products and services, such as loans and debit cards, to meet referral goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all branch safety and compliance protocols.
- Assist with opening new accounts and completing required KYC paperwork.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a background check and credit check.
