Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial plans for clients covering investments, retirement, insurance, and tax strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular portfolio reviews and financial check-ins
- Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and financial product innovations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic financial solutions
- Meet performance targets through new client acquisition and retention efforts
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for client meetings
- Adhere to FINRA regulations and ethical standards in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Series 7 and Series 66/63/65 securities licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning, investments, or wealth management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse client audiences
- Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro, eMoney)
- Texas Life & Health Insurance license required
- Proven track record of meeting sales and client satisfaction targets
