Responsibilities
- Process complex transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 99% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Resolve account discrepancies and escalated customer issues efficiently
- Actively cross-sell banking products while maintaining compliance standards
- Train junior tellers on banking protocols and customer service excellence
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Contribute to branch security protocols and fraud prevention
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in a financial institution
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Advanced knowledge of banking regulations (Reg CC, Reg E, BSA)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Associate degree in Finance or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Professional appearance and outstanding communication abilities
