Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly tax filings
- Address payroll inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain confidential employee records and data integrity
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP, QuickBooks, or similar payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of CA wage & hour laws and IRS regulations
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
- Proven problem-solving abilities and customer focus
- Payroll certification (CPP/FPC) highly desirable
