Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis and budget-to-actual comparisons.
- Develop complex financial models and forecasting tools to support long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive operational efficiency.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing strategies and investment decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or CPA designation is a plus.
