Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to develop comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Create detailed financial models for capital allocation, pricing strategies, and M&A opportunities
- Prepare executive dashboards and presentations translating complex data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with operations to identify cost optimization and revenue enhancement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and industry-specific financial regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or banking environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience a plus)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
