Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements
- Develop detailed financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership and board members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost management
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform investment decisions
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights to executive leadership
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic narratives
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
