Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliation, and financial statement preparation
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Maintain internal controls and documentation for SOX compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and reconciliation methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
