Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes with multi-entity reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for 15+ business units
- Manage internal controls implementation and SOX compliance documentation
- Collaborate with audit teams and resolve complex accounting discrepancies
- Develop financial models for strategic decision-making and M&A support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven experience managing cross-functional finance projects
