Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and manage monthly rolling forecasts.
- Create and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and financial models.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
- Monitor compliance with financial regulations and internal control procedures.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
