Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashing checks.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
- Cash checks and handle currency and coin with strict accuracy and adherence to security protocols.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services to enhance client portfolios.
- Assist with account maintenance and resolving complex customer inquiries.
- Ensure strict compliance with all bank regulations, internal policies, and AML guidelines.
- Balance cash drawers daily and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in finance or business preferred.
- Previous customer service or cash-handling experience is a strong plus.
- Strong mathematical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
