Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end/quarter-end closes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead internal controls implementation and SOX 404 documentation
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual reviews
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in financial reporting and reconciliation
- Advanced Excel and QuickBooks proficiency
- Strong SOX compliance and internal controls knowledge
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
