Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed credit recommendations and present findings to credit committees
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for compliance and early risk identification
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure optimal credit solutions
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement compliance requirements
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for complex commercial and industrial loans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience in banking or lending
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Moody's Analytics, RiskCalc)
- Credit certification (CRCM, CCE) or equivalent professional designation
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, loan documentation, and credit policies
