Responsibilities
- Process accurate and timely payroll for 150+ employees using ADP and QuickBooks
- Manage time and attendance records, reconciling discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Prepare payroll reports and assist with year-end tax filings
- Handle garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments
- Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and management
- Reconcile payroll accounts and maintain confidential records
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel
- Deep understanding of FLSA, IRS, and Oklahoma payroll regulations
- Associate’s degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of 100% payroll accuracy
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
