Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger reconciliations and financial reporting
- Process payroll bi-weekly with timely disbursement
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor communications
- Prepare monthly financial statements and budget variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Lead month-end closing procedures with audit support
- Implement QuickBooks automation workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years bookkeeping with multi-entity portfolios
- Advanced QuickBooks and Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
