Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations including AP/AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with analytical insights
- Oversee sales tax filings and ensure compliance with GAAP/FASB standards
- Implement and optimize accounting systems for efficiency
- Coordinate with auditors and tax professionals during annual reviews
- Maintain accurate client/vendor financial databases
- Support budget forecasting and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
