Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain comprehensive financial records for diverse portfolios
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger monthly
- Generate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Oversee payroll processing and tax filings
- Implement and optimize bookkeeping workflows
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
