- Implement and maintain QuickBooks Online integrations
- Lead month-end closing procedures with audit-ready documentation
- Train junior staff on accounting best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) designation preferred
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance (CO/WY/UT)
- Proven track record in managing high-volume transactions
