Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees using ADP.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile credit card statements and general ledger accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes and audits.
- Maintain and organize financial records, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.
- Process tax payments and estimated tax filings.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with ADP payroll processing is highly preferred.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines.
