Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices, credit memos, and billing statements with a high degree of accuracy.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve complex billing discrepancies with clients and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records in our ERP system (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
- Generate monthly billing reports and analyze revenue trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and internal audit requirements.
- Collaborate with the collections team to follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely payments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle management.
- Proficiency in billing software and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
