Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 10-15 clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Oversee payroll processing and tax filings for Georgia-based clients
- Assist with month-end closing and audit preparation
- Implement financial controls and process improvements
- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Online
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and Georgia tax regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
