Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 SMB clients using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll coordination
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Oversee sales tax filings and compliance documentation
- Implement and maintain efficient accounting systems and processes
- Collaborate with tax team during quarterly/annual reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with multi-state compliance and sales tax
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
