Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger entries during night hours.
- Process invoices, payments, and payroll for the upcoming business day.
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and tax preparation schedules.
- Reconcile credit card statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in the month-end close process and generate financial reports.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounts payable/receivable.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
