Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies within 48 hours
- Execute daily payment runs and maintain electronic filing systems
- Collaborate with procurement team on 3-way matching for PO-based invoices
- Generate month-end AP aging reports and audit trails
- Implement process improvements to reduce invoice processing time by 15%
- Support month-end closing and SOX compliance activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in corporate or large firm settings
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle financial systems
- Expertise in 3-way matching and PO-based invoice processing
- Proven ability to process 100+ invoices daily with minimal errors
- Strong analytical skills with experience resolving complex vendor disputes
- Associates degree in Accounting/Finance required; CPA preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including end-of-month deadlines
