Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Prepare and issue financial statements, month-end, and year-end close reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation filings.
- Reconcile credit card statements and general ledger accounts.
- Provide exceptional support to clients and internal stakeholders regarding financial inquiries.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and/or Xero is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
