Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized financial guidance and problem resolution
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to maintain 100% accuracy
- Actively identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Uphold strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Maintain organized client records and digital banking documentation
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve monthly service and sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
