We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bank Teller to join the team at Pacific Coast Federal Credit Union. Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of daily transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with 100% accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service to meet and exceed member expectations.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and introduce members to our suite of financial products, such as savings accounts and credit cards.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reconcile daily cash drawers and branch reports.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure branch environment that complies with all banking regulations and security protocols.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to branch management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; prior banking or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn banking software and systems.
- Fraud awareness and a commitment to safeguarding customer information and assets.
