You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and financial reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation (1099s/W-2s).
- Review and process invoices for accuracy and authorization.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
