Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage cash flow
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Ensure VAT compliance and tax filings accuracy
- Oversee payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Implement and improve internal financial controls
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' bookkeeping experience with SMEs
- Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage software
- Strong Excel skills with advanced formula knowledge
- AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
