- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Process payroll and tax filings quarterly
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Implement and optimize accounting software workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas)
- Knowledge of GAAP and IRS regulations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Professional certification (CPA/ACCB preferred)
