Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping processes including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for client portfolios
- Oversee QuickBooks data entry, maintenance, and system optimization
- Coordinate tax preparation with external CPA firms and ensure compliance
- Develop and implement efficient accounting workflows for multiple clients
- Conduct internal audits and implement internal control improvements
- Provide financial insights to clients through regular reporting and consultations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro/Premier
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Proven ability to manage multi-client accounting portfolios
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Oklahoma tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Professional certification (e.g., QuickBooks ProAdvisor) a plus
