Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Perform monthly and quarterly bank reconciliations with a focus on accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L) for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll and tax filings.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor accounts.
- Collaborate with external auditors during year-end reviews.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or Xero is required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
