- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and accounting software

- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist with tax preparation and audit support
- Implement financial controls and compliance procedures
- Generate custom financial reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro/Premier
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- CPA or QuickBooks certification preferred
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to meet strict deadlines
