- Generate monthly billing reports for financial analysis
- Maintain compliance with healthcare billing regulations (HIPAA) and company policies
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for billing operations
- Conduct regular audits of billing documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in medical billing software (e.g., Epic, Cerner) preferred
- Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management principles
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table expertise
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) a plus
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
