Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity accounting systems with 100% accuracy
- Prepare month-end/year-end financial statements and supporting schedules
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow optimization
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for 50+ employees
- Implement and improve internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with CPA firms during audits and tax filings
- Lead financial software implementations (QuickBooks, Xero)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and multi-state tax regulations
- Proven track record with full-cycle accounting for mid-sized businesses
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
