Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile complex general ledger accounts with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for high-net-worth clients
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and optimize cash flow operations
- Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for financial data security
- Leverage QuickBooks Online and Excel to automate reporting processes
- Lead month-end closing procedures with strict deadline adherence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with multi-entity portfolios
- CPA or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and financial reporting software
- Proven track record of managing high-volume transactions ($10M+ annually)
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors
- Strong analytical skills for financial forecasting and trend analysis
