Responsibilities
- Process high-volume transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Deliver personalized financial guidance to customers while identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining positive relationships
- Operate digital banking tools and assist customers with mobile/online services
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless daily operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Strong attention to detail with 10-key and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Professional demeanor with conflict resolution abilities
- Must pass background check and obtain FINRA Series 6 license
