Responsibilities
- Execute daily banking transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and financial guidance.
- Verify customer identity and ensure compliance with all bank regulations and security protocols.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure accuracy.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our suite of financial products.
- Assist in branch operations, such as managing the lobby and answering inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior experience in banking or retail is a plus.
- Strong numerical skills and the ability to perform mental math quickly and accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Must be reliable, professional, and able to pass a background check and credit check.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related financial software.
