Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash advances with precision
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service while resolving account inquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs and branch sales targets
- Maintain accurate transaction records and balance cash drawers throughout shifts
- Adhere to strict security protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly and quarterly performance goals
- Participate in community outreach events to strengthen bank presence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, retail, or cash-handling role
- Strong mathematical aptitude and proficiency with financial software systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
