Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet sales targets
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawer and prepare daily transaction reports
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service excellence goals
- Support new account openings and documentation verification
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
