- Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized customer service while identifying cross-sell opportunities for bank products
- Maintain strict adherence to anti-fraud and regulatory compliance protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions efficiently
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management
- Actively participate in branch sales goals and community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
