Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and digital banking tools
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and daily transaction records
- Assist with vault operations and ATM replenishment
- Support branch operations through scheduling and training initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years of cash handling or customer service experience
- Proven ability to perform detailed transactions with precision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (Regulations CC, E, B, Z)
- Proficient in digital banking platforms and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background check and credit check
