Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify time records and resolve discrepancies with department managers
- Prepare and file federal/state tax forms (941, 940, W-2)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and union compliance
- Conduct payroll audits and reconciliation monthly
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA timeframe
- Stay updated on FLSA and Kansas labor law changes
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state knowledge
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- Expert knowledge of federal/state payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven ability to handle confidential data with discretion
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
