- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99% accuracy
- Resolve complex account inquiries and customer issues
- Actively promote bank products to qualified customers
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Train new tellers on operational procedures
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with commercial banking team on referrals
Qualifications
- 2+ years cash handling experience
- Advanced knowledge of banking regulations (Reg CC, BSA)
- Proven cross-selling track record
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in core banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Virginia notary public certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible weekends
